White cotton full length skirt with 16" (l) x 1 1/2" (w) waistband; apron strings (2) each 3' (l); skirt 33" (l) with 4 1/2" crocheted border at bottom. Worn as a "dress up apron" by donor's mother, Bertha May Quinn Flagg (1868-1904).
