Laidley to a Mr. Johnson regarding assets of the Conway Electric Street Railway, including land and equipment. The letter is probably related to an appraisal needed for a stock offering, financial accounting, or potential sale of some or all assets to one of the rail lines; the Boston & Maine Railroad took a controlling interest in 1908. Includes handwritten map of Electric Railway line and junction with Conway and South River Stations.
