2) B/W photograph, 3 1/2" x 2 1/2", of Galen Hassell passing by a celebration float on Penny Farthing bicycle. The bicycle is decorated with a ribbon streamer in a spiral pattern in the spokes. Three women are visible riding the float, which has a 'Germain Co.' placard on the side. Handwritten on back:
"Festival parade

c. 30's"
