Photocopy of 2 page enlistment form of Henry Clay Dickinson (1843-1926) of Amherst, Mass, who enlisted on Sep. 12th, 1864 for one year (or the duration) in the 29th Unattached Heavy Artillery Volunteers.
Includes 3 page photocopy of his attendance and muster roll up to when he mustered out on June 16th, 1865.

His daughter, Kate Irene Dickinson (1876-1959), married George F. Howland (1867-1958) and lived in Conway, Mass.
