Four-fold booklet used as an advertisement for Clark's "O.N.T." lustre crochet cotton. Marked "No. 3 Canceling Previous Issues". Folds out to reveal small samples of various numbered colors, affixed to the card, 8-1/4" x 5" (closed); opens to 8-1/4" x 20" (open).
