Boring machine with wood base, 28" (L) x 8" (W) x 1 1/2" (D); top wood frame, 23" (H). x 6 3/4" (W); iron gear mechanisms (2) on each side of top frame, controlling center drill bit; iron/ wood handles on each side of top frame to steer drill bit up and down. Likely belonged to Charles Dwight Flagg (1864 - 1955), father of donor.
