Description

Wood and punched tin foot warmer with wire bale handle attached to eyelets on top of wooden outer frame. Wood frame has four turned wooden columns, mortised through the top and bottom. Tin case has hand punched hearts and geometric patterns on front, back, top and sides, along with wire knob handle that turns to open and close outer door. Inner coal tray has 2 handmade rivets on each corner and small metal pull tab handle riveted to front. Wooden frame is 9" ( L) x 7 1/2" (W) x 5 1/2" (H); tin outer case measures 7" (L) x 6" (W) x 4 1/2" (H); metal coal carrier is 5" (L) x 5" (W) x 2 3/4" (H).
