Printed tax assessment, 13" x 16 1/4", signed by Henry Gardner, Treasurer and Receiver-General of the State of Massachusetts Bay, to Cyrus Rice, Collector, Conway, Mass. requiring tax payment of 8,470 pounds, 4 shillings. Name of collector, town and amount owed is written in by hand. Handwritten numerical notations on reverse.
