4-page typed "Deed Under Power in Power-of-Sale Mortgage", 10 1/2" x 17", whereby Arthur and William Delabarre together grant Arthur Delabarre a tract of land (described in detail) for $208. Signed on Oct. 2, 1909 by Arthur and William Delabarre; Henry Billings, Justice of the Peace; a notary public (with notary stamp) and the Register of Deeds. The property in question was first conveyed to Arthur and William Delabarre by Patrick Hines of Conway after a mortgage default. Includes signed affidavit regarding breach of mortgage and newspaper clipping from the Greenfield Recorder publicizing mortgagee's sale of property. The affidavit was signed by Arthur Delabarre and Wiliam Delabarre (in the state of Washington) on Oct. 14, 1909. Received by the Franklin County Registry of Deeds on Feb. 17, 1910.
