Guilford, Treasurer, and John B. Packard, President of the Railway. Company stamp on lower left corner. Printed year of date has been amended by hand, changed from 1896 to 1906. Handwritten note in upper left corner of reverse side reads: "This certificate is held for one outstanding of the Electric Light & Power Co. now in the hands of Joseph P. Reed of No. Adams to be exchanged when he surrenders the stock."
