3"(w) x 2"(l) x 1 1/2"(h) pill box with Dr. Boeh's label appended to top: "Louis S. Boeh, M.D./ Consultation by Appointment/ Conway, Mass./ Phone 35/ Reg. No. 4847" Typed onto the label is "One before meals." Handwritten in pencil is the name "Harris." Clasp on front of box is missing.
