Invitation from the Governor Curtis Guild, Jr. and Mrs. Guild to "Henry W. Billings and Lady'" (handwritten on envelope with state seal on back) requesting the honor of their presence at a reception on January 26th, 1906 at the Hotel Somerset in Boston.
Invitation unfolded is 6 1/2" by 8 3/4" , with the blue and gold seal of the State of Mass. embossed at the top.
Also included are two 5" x 3 1/4" entrance cards to be presented at the Hotel Somerset upon arrival.
